- Hopkins ITS JShare Page: the main page for Jshare help, tutorials and FAQs
- Jshare Online Training: walks you through every feature of Jshare, step by step.
- Jshare How-to: Jshare help broken down by topic. If you have a question about a specific element of Jshare, this is where to look.
- Sharing: how to use the sharing feature of Jshare. Use this tool to make files and folders public, and control read/write privleges for the general public and to limit access to specific members inside JHU.
- Tickets: tells you how to use the tickets feature of Jshare. Tickets allow you to grant selective access to private materials stored on Jshare to specific individuals who have an email address, regardless of whether or not they are part of the JHU institution.. Each "ticket" you grant someone via email. The reciepient of that email will have access to the files or folders which you have issued the ticket for, for an amount of time which you specify.
- Contacts/Groups: explanation on how to setup the Contacts feature of Jshare which allows you to create and group an "address book" of your JHU contacts. Then, using file sharing you can allow access to certain materials by a group of contacts, without having to allow access separately to each individual.
