Statement Regarding the Privacy Rights of Students

The Johns Hopkins University complies with the provisions of the Family Educational Rights to Privacy Act of 1974 (P.L. 93-380) as amended (P.L. 93-568) and any regulations which may be promulgated thereunder. Students and others who desire specific information regarding their rights of access to institutional educational records maintained in their names are advised to contact the Registrar's Office, 75 Garland Hall, Homewood Campus, for a copy of the university's policy.
