First Night of Class

On the first night of class, please encourage your students to visit https://isis.jhu.edu/ to make sure that the University has the correct contact information for them. Students are responsible for updating their own information through this self-serve web application. Faculty will then have the most updated emails to contact their students. Faculty access their rosters and student emails through this same web address.

Verifying Student Registration and Status

Instructors verify student registration by going to ISIS. At the midterm point, if there are students in your class who are not listed on the roster, please send an email with this information to aapregistration@jhu.edu. Please also advise these students to contact the AAP Office, Washington Center by the email listed above or call 202-452-1952. If a student is auditing the class and this is not noted on the roster, please email this information. Also list students who are failing, nearly failing, or who rarely/never attend class.

Facilities and Sites

Each AAP site has designated mailboxes for each faculty member each semester/term, computer access, photocopier, and a faculty lounge and work area. Office space to meet with a student can be arranged by prior appointment. Front office staff at each location serve as a point of contact for students to drop off paperwork for instructors, or for instructors to leave paperwork for student pick up.
